Hi, I’m Sophie — an ACA Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in finance, first-time exam passes under my belt, and a real love for helping people feel in control of their business numbers.

I started working in finance at 18 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses and found my passion not just in the numbers — but in the systems, processes, and smart strategies that make running a business smoother and more successful.

As a business owner myself, I know what it’s like to juggle a million things at once. That’s why I’m all about efficiency, clarity, and simplicity — so you can focus on what you do best, while I take care of the rest.

When I’m not deep in finance mode, you’ll probably find me walking my little dog (one of our office mascots), planning my next holiday, hitting the gym or indulging in a little retail therapy.

Hi, I’m Rosie - a Chislehurst-based accountant and proud owner of a very spoiled Cavapoo! I co-founded Account This after five years of hands-on experience in the finance industry – all spent working directly with real businesses to solve real problems.

I’m a Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA, and my background is firmly rooted in industry, where I specialised in management accounting across a variety of industries such as media, music and retail. That means I know what it’s like behind the scenes – the day-to-day challenges, the cash flow worries, the last-minute number crunching. I’ve been in it with business owners, helping them make smarter decisions and grow with confidence.

I started this business because I genuinely love helping people. Whether it’s making sense of the numbers or just being a friendly voice at the end of the phone, I believe accounting doesn’t have to feel intimidating.

Outside of my professional roles, I’ve also spent the past few years helping friends, family, and local contacts make sense of their taxes. From spotting missed efficiencies to making sure no one’s handing over more to HMRC than they need to, I’ve loved being the go-to person for clear, honest advice.

When I’m not working with clients or walking my dog around Chislehurst, you’ll probably find me shopping, planning my next coffee break, or finding ways to make finance a little less boring for everyone else.
